How many sessions are necessary?

This depends on each person and each situation. At the end of the session I will be able to tell you how I perceived your energy and if I think you need more sessions. The decision to continue is obviously yours. The frequency can be weekly, monthly or whatever you consider.

A consultation can be done for many different reasons. Stress is one of the most common, as well as muscle aches, headaches, digestive problems and difficulty sleeping. A Reiki session can be very effective in improving a person's general physical, mental and emotional state. The laying on of hands generates a feeling of rest, well-being and relaxation that is felt in the moment and lasts for several days after the session.

Another very frequent reason is the feeling of needing to harmonise energy. During the session, light and universal love are channelled through the reikist's body, which functions as a channel between the universal energy and that of the client, and are transmitted through the hands, which generate a very relaxing and numbing heat that is transferred to the area of the body that is being worked on at any given moment. In general, the whole body is covered, with more emphasis on specific areas, and most of the session is dedicated to the seven main chakras.

Another very frequent consultation is on linkages. This can include links with living or deceased beings. In both cases a healing of the link can be done and through visualisation with the third eye, one can find out what the state of that link is, what the conflict is, if any, and what the recommendation is that is perceived from the energy.

A very frequent conflict with regard to bonding is often that of unmade mourning. This occurs with the death of those very close to them, especially when the deaths are sudden and unexpected and there has been no time to say goodbye. People left on this plane feel the sadness of abandonment and separation and may find it difficult to move on with their own lives, creating blocks to moving forward. Those who pass on to another plane sometimes find it difficult to move on because they find it too difficult or painful to leave their loved ones who are still incarnated. In a Reiki session, a healing and a farewell can be done that makes it easier for both parties to move on.

Bonding conflicts may also involve family members, friends, co-workers, bosses, and partner relationships. Many of the bonding conflicts experienced during adulthood are a reflection of conflicts that were or are experienced and have not been healed with the family of origin. When relationship conflicts appear in adult life, they are often opportunities to understand and heal those experienced in childhood, which are in fact the origin and therefore where the work really needs to be done. During the Reiki session you can also see and listen to the other party. As with the deceased, so with the living the work is the same and the feedback on what was seen and heard can bring healing, understanding and peace about the bond and the possibility of resolution.

Another reason for consultation is often career or vocational orientation. During the session, the brightest possible life path for the client and how to get there can be discussed.

Questions concerning the relationship to money, enjoyment, self-esteem, love for oneself, communication, creativity and the connection to the spiritual world, among others, can also be discussed.

During the laying on of hands you can have contact with different beings of light that help to perform the necessary healing and communication, visualisation and channelling that are required in each case. These beings of light can be angels, ascended masters and loved ones from other planes who choose to be present during the session spontaneously or at the request of the reikist or client, to help protect, enlighten and heal.
